Bradesco Bank Succession

The Bradesco Bank is a very popular bank in Brazil. The bank is ranked as the second largest bank in the country. They work hard to make sure that they are serving the people of Brazil as productively and as efficiently possible. The bank was founded by the late Amador Aguiar.

The Amador Aguiar ran the bank until he died and was succeeded by Lazaro Brandao. Lazaro Brandao resigned from his positions as president of the Bradesco Bank in 2017. Octavio de Lazari Junior who is one of the eight executive vice presidents at the Bradesco Bank has been selected to succeed Lazaro Brandao on March 12, 2018, at the board meeting according to

Octavio de Lazari Junior won’t officially begin his duties until March 12, but Luiz Carlos Trabuco Cappi has been assigned the task of running the bank until it is time for the power to be transferred. Luiz Carlos Trabuco Cappi like many of the other employees at the Bradesco Bank has been working there since he was very young. Many of the people who are executives were able to get jobs at the Bradesco Bank when they were only 13 years of age. The individuals that were able to be employed by the bank at a very young age have taken pride in working their way up in the company. They have received degrees and utilized them to help expand the company.

Bradesco’s way of appreciating all of their employees is very well thought out and considerate. They only selected successors who are already employed by the bank and are one of the eight executive vice presidents. Deciding which of their executives will take over is never an easy job. Octavio de Lazari Junior was not necessarily their first choice, but they selected the person that they felt was more than able to help the company evolve into an even better version of itself. Until Lazari Junior takes over Luiz Carlos Trabuco Cappi as CEO is more than able to run the Bradesco Bank.

Luiz Carlos Trabuco Cappi has served in many positions of leadership at the bank since he started as a clerk in 1969. He has helped every area that he has served in to excel beyond what was expected. He is a native of Brazil. He received all of his education at University of Sao Paolo like many other Bradesco employees. Bradesco Bank is in good hands.
