In recent years Brazil has become somewhat of a hotspot for investors throughout the world. This is because while Brazil is even now experiencing astronomical growth, it is also considered a very low-risk country in which to invest. One of the companies here that is receiving among the most investors is the real estate giant, JHSF. It has been brought to its present greatness by current chairman and CEO, Jose Auriemo Neto. Neto is the son of one of the founders of JHSF. He attended Fundacao Armando Alvares Penteado University in Sao Paulo. It was during these years that he majored in engineering and took a number of business courses.
After his education, he began work at JHSF in 1993. In 1997 he started Parkbem and thereby helped JHSF found the company’s service department. In 1998 he engineered the company’s first retail acquisition, the Shopping Santa Cruz. In 2009 he pioneered and engineered JHSF’s virgin and ground-breaking voyage into the retail market. During the first three years of the new company vision he led it to make to extremely lucrative partnerships with Hermes, Jimmy Choo, and Pucci; and Valentino R.E.D. Since then he knack for creating and sustaining such partnerships has only gotten better and better.
He has led the company to start developing airports, office buildings, and hotels. He has led JHSF to true greatness and kept doing that until officially stepping down as CEO in 2014. However, he remains heavily involved in the tOKop company leadership.
